We have asked, informally at this time, a number of people concerned, at many levels, with outdoor education and J.A.J regarding the above statements. We were unable to find one person that had any agreement with John Disley's, at least on the face of it, politically or spitefully motivated appraisal. The latter statement also includes the addressee.
